About Me
Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to review my digital portfolio.
My name is Yuna Seong (she/her). I was born and raised in sunny Southern California, which I called home My personal specialization is in culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices, and it is central to my work as a clinician, academic, and researcher. When I am not planning interventions and writing papers, I love to draw, paint, bake, and care for my plants. I hope you enjoy reviewing some of my academic and artistic projects on this website.

Academic Biography
Yuna Seong is a School Psychology PhD candidate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison advised by Dr. Katie Eklund. Prior to her time at UW, she obtained her B.A. in Sociology with minors in Applied Psychology and Professional Writing––Civic Engagement at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She specializes in psychoeducational intervention and assessment and culturally responsive, trauma-informed service provision. She is currently completing her dissertation on equitable practices and outcomes of a school-based trauma-related intervention.
